Yeah, I tried that site but no luck (nothing online anyway).  the PCB is in a metal box, with several plug-in connectors on it (it is not JAMMA).  I did some tracing  of the wires with an ohmmeter, and I think I have determined which ones are for the monitor:
Red
Green
Blue
white
blue w/white stripe
The red, green, and blue wires are obvious as to where they connect on the monitor PCB; however I'm not sure where to connect the white and blue/white wires.  The monitor PCB has connections for ground, Hsync, and Vsync.  I don't want to mess anything up by hooking it up wrong.  There were several unconnected and cut wires in the cabinet, I think that this is not the original monitor for it.
