Need some help connecting Super Monaco GP monitor

I have a Super Monaco GP cab sitting here in the basement, and I want to get it working again.  As far as I can tell, the only thing wrong with it is the monitor is not connected.  I'm sure it will be simple to fix; however, I am completely stupid when it comes to real arcade games.  How/where do I connect the monitor to the game PCB?  The cable is missing and I cannot tell where it is supposed to plug in (to the game PCB)?  An internet search for owner's manuals/schematics has proven to be fruitless.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried www.sauservice.com if its not on their website you can contact them for info.
Was the game pcb in a metal case with a plug connector pcb on the front or is it straight to a edge connector onto the game pcb?

Yeah, I tried that site but no luck (nothing online anyway).  the PCB is in a metal box, with several plug-in connectors on it (it is not JAMMA).  I did some tracing  of the wires with an ohmmeter, and I think I have determined which ones are for the monitor:

Red
Green
Blue
white
blue w/white stripe

The red, green, and blue wires are obvious as to where they connect on the monitor PCB; however I'm not sure where to connect the white and blue/white wires.  The monitor PCB has connections for ground, Hsync, and Vsync.  I don't want to mess anything up by hooking it up wrong.  There were several unconnected and cut wires in the cabinet, I think that this is not the original monitor for it.

I pulled the monitor out of the cab today, and I found this handwritten note taped to the chassis: "Kortek monitor - MST New 2/22/91 - Operation Wolf".  The chassis has the serial number 90095237.

Most of those korteks are like a wells. It has red,green,blue, ground.  It can use one sync and I think there's even a switch for the sync type.

Look for the pins.  You will see a R, G, B next to the pin.

Don't worry, it's hard to screw it up. It just won't display correctly.

If you have another game, hook the monitor up to that one to test it first.

OK, I will tinker with it tonight.  I don't know if the monitor even works, but I can hear that faint, high-pitched capacitor sound when I give it power.  My main concern is regarding the wires coming from the game PCB - which wire is the ground and which is the Hsync.

My sega cab has the same wires, rgb white and blue/white stripe, at least in mine the white wire is composite negative sync and the blue/white stripe is ground. Hope that helps  Yours might be different, but sync is usually white anyway

yep checked my daytona-white is sinc and blue/white is common.
