Best way to test for a grounding problem?
« on: January 17, 2006, 10:29:50 pm »
Anyone know how to test for a grounding problem?  Sometimes when I touch my volume control I get a tiny shock, and then sometimes my PC hangs....

Anyway to test for where this is occuring?
