If you only have the mech you need a door with the mounting parts and the switch.  though you dont really need a door just something to attach the mech to and hold a switch so when the quarter falls through it triggers the switch.  so if you can rig up something like this

and then wire the switch to your encoder and change the input setting in mame to that input for coin input for that player.

ok mine is is an MS111 which looks older than the one you have it is wired as follows.

according to the markings on the board (screw terminals on mine)

+12 (hooked up to original cabinets psu)
Gnd connected to original Cab gnd and to Jpac Gnd
Cred goes into Jamma harness but if used on an Ipac would connect to Coin1 input
Lamp Not connected
Mtr connects to my mechanical meter (not required)
My mars system has a cable between the actual coin slot and the board, you may need to make yourself one up as it does not look as if yours is connected in your picture.

cheers Jess-- good help, but i think that top strip that you have your wires coming out is worded different to mine, i have under my strip SUPPLY with a black and yellow wire, GAME with a green wire, METER with no wires and LAMP with black and yellow/red wire, so how does yours read?????

supply on yours should be the same as +12v and Gnd on mine
Game = Credit
Meter = mechanical meter (12v pulse output)
Lamp = Lamp outputs (for lighting coinslots)
