Hydra yoke conversion for Star Wars

This question is probably for Lilwolf.  I have a Hydra yoke coming and am wondering if anyone has reworked the Y-calibration to make it more acceptable for Star Wars.  Has anyone attempted this?  Lilwolf, are you still using without springs?
