Emailed him a couple of times with no response. My first email was 30 minutes after he posted so I dont think anyone could have beat me to it.

Oh, I doubt that very much.  A lot of people have scripts to let them know the instant something like that gets posted to CL.

i picked up that machine within an hour after it was posted.  The condition is "fair/good" and it is in perfect working condition.
