Wico 4-way joystick

does the N.O.S. wico 4-way sold on ebay by Nicade come with a handle that is long enough to install in 3/4" thick wood panel? if not, is there a replacement handle available? thanks.

The shafts they come with are called the 3-1/2" shafts.  It will work if you router out 1/4" of material below the control panel OR recess them from the top.  I know SlikStik is doing your panel, so I don't know if they will accomodate that.  You can also get 4" replacement handles, but you have to look for them.

One other option is to get the SlikStik stainless handles for the P360s.  With a little modification they will work in the Wico bases (so I'm told).

Yes there was.  Ebay would be your best bet.

BTW, I don't think Robotron feels that bad with P360s.  Definitely more authentic with Wico 8-ways, but still pretty good with P360s.

There are a lot of people who are buying 4-way NOS wicos from Nicade that would be more than happy to trade bases/actuators with you.  Just post your desire in B/S/T.
