Specialized button
« on: December 24, 2005, 06:51:20 pm »
I always thought it would be cool to have one of those buttons that you first have to use a key to pop open the cover of the button before you could use the button (like you often see in the action films). But I haven't been able to find one like that.

Anyone have a clue where I could find a button like that?

Thanks.

I found giant doctor Frankenstein type switch at a local surplus store.  I thought that would be a cool power switch.  Only problem, it would be really easy to electrocute yourself with it.

if you search around the forums a bit, i remember a topic of this sort being conversed about.  arcade miscellaneous? it was like a d-day switch, with a plastic box around the big red switch, and had a key. i think some people where using it for power on or something.
