Why don't you try it for yourself? There is plenty of software available. One of the packages (CP Sketcher) can be found in the website in my signature (www.CreditButton.net.tc).
Note: Out of town with limited internet access 2-28-08 through 3-16-08

Any chance you can relplace the t-sticks with HAPP 49 way??  You can remove a button if you have to.  I don't really need the neogeo layout, just would be nice.
