QMame now in Mame?
« on: December 20, 2005, 01:07:25 pm »
Are the QMame improvements made since 74 now included with the regular Mame builds?  I have tried to contact the creator to find out but have not received a response.  I would love to add a knocker to my game...

Thanks,
Southpaw

Not as far as I know.

I have a knocker in my cabinet and it works like a charm with the original build.

Q-Bert had a solenoid that popped the cabinet when Q-Bert fell in the original game. The solenoid pops, hits the wood of the cabinet and makes a big "knock" noise like old Pinball machines did when you got an extra man, etc.
