Act Labs Gun-Reloading Question
« on: February 02, 2003, 08:49:26 pm »
Hi,
Started testing my act labs gun today.. after many frustrations it works ok. Now I heard there was newer software is this true? where can i grab em their site? But more importantly the accuracy is not bad, just in games like Area 51 it doesn reconize a shot off screen? how can iI improve this?? or what key can i change to have it be the key on the gun i can press? can u do that or do u have to shoot off screen?? thanks JIM Any advice by you gun owners would be greatly appreciated.

If the driver is not available on their site then I doubt if there is one. You should email act-labs and ask them.
My statements are my own opinions. They have the value that the reader gives them. My opinion of my opinion varies between foolish and brilliant and these opinions often change with new information.

I believe it's the mame driver that doesn't allow it to work. Not sure though.  Sorry, not much help, maybe someone else can shed some light.

That's what I did.  I was going to ask the Ultimate Patchers if they could come up with a "cheat" that moves the pointer to the far left and simulates the trigger, but MAME doesn't seem to be able to map cheats to mouse buttons so that wouldn't help...
