Where can I buy...

I need an over/under coin door, doesnt need to function, just for show.  also need a replacement ball for a 2 1/4" trackball...

is there anywhere other than (cheaper than) happ that i can find these?  not interested in anything i've seen on ebay.

You could try asking Ponyboy who is a happ distributor. His prices are usually much better than Happs and he charges actual shipping.

Other than that you might consider try Craigslist if there is one for your area. Not always flooded with over/unders, but other than that it's ebay or if another seller here has one they are willing to part with.

Oh and for a 2 1/4 in trackball you can use a pool ball. Try googling custom cue balls. You might be able to get something truly custom for the trackball.

I just ordered a sparkley translucent cue ball for a Kensington Expert Mouse I am planning to use in my control panel. They did warn me that shipping for a $6 ball would probably be $10. I called in the order a few days ago and my credit card still hasn't been charged, so they obviously arent in a hurry to ship it out to me. I'll let ya know once it shows up.

Do you need a brand-new door?  I have some used ones, but they all show some battle scars.

There was that guy selling stickers that looked like a coin door on ebay.. And RandyT posted a pic of a sticker he was working on, but I don't remember him ever actually offering them for sale.
