p360 on PSX/PS2, where to find +5v?

I'm not sure where to soldier to, from specs on the net say that the VCC is where to get the power from Pin 5, but when testing with a mulitmeter almost all the points are connected.
The only other choice is Pin 3 which is like 9v though.

?? So what voltage did you read on pin 5?
