1 drawbrack i can see is that it has onboard video, or at least thats how it sounds to me.  Also no mention of an AGP slot.  Granted you could later add a pci video card.  Its powerfull enough for mame, no question.  Just comes down to whether or not you'd need S-video or other add-ons since your limited to one PCI slot.  Not sure this would be a first choice for a mame cabinet, but it could suffice.

Built in audio and built in video could give you problems. Especially the video since its sharing your system memory with the video card. If your lucky they work if your not they will play badly. I'd recomend against it. I know space is tight in a cocktail but you could always just mount a mother board without a pc case in there.

The onboard audio on that isn;t that bad, not sb quality, but good for most of mame.
