Drilling holes in laminate
« on: December 06, 2005, 08:55:17 pm »
Okay, well, the project is slowly coming together and I have a few odds and ends to take care of. First, I need to drill a few holes into my CP, ones that are too small to drill, laminate, and then route out. I was told to use a hole saw on low speed...is that the way to go?

Basically I need to drill my two pinball button holes and my holes for the power switch.

Thanks

Jon

Hey

Sandwich the laminate between a wood backing and clamp tightly.

So, drill through the wood into the laminate from the back? That's a good idea. Thanks!
