I never tried the other one and I'm a big fan of real Dew. I like the original stuff.

I'd never heard of Zarex either. Here's an explanation:

So CT,

Are you saying that this stuff is like Zarex that's not been diluted?  Or does it just taste similar to some flavor of Zarex?

Liquid concentrate for a Koolaid type drink.

Basically, colored mega sugared syrup.

Basically, colored mega sugared syrup.  Kids used to drink it straight and then go all Jim Morrison for a couple hours before passing out by a tree.

I'm saying it is similar to undiluted Zarex, though obviously not as extreme.

Roger that.   I think I'll pass :)

Yeah, if you took Pixie Stix, mixed it into Mountain Dew, and dropped some Nyquil in there, that's kind of what Zarex would do to a 7 year old if they drank most of the bottle.

I did it a couple of times, man, it was like when Lisa Simpson drank the canal water at Duff Gardens.

Or when Bart & Milhouse ordered a squishie that was all syrup.

Or like Spongenbob Squarepants went to the all you can eat Ice Cream Bar buffet.

BTW: I've had the Mountain Dew and thinks it great. Tastes like GRAPE Fanta...

I didn't find it that sweet. Maybe the formula is different here in Canada ???

Corn starch is not sweet.  It thickens liquids.

You are thinking of corn syrup.

Okay, now I'm picturing Grape Fanta with half a cup of corn starch and half a cup of corn syrup. Double yuck!

My car is from England. It's not a rice burner. I think it's a bangers & mash burner, or maybe a steak & kidney pie burner. Give me another hit off that Zarex.

I've seen Dew Extreme or some such lately. Looks like regular Dew, but in a different bottle. What's the difference... apart from marketing, I mean.

I was drinking MDX for a while... it was like Mountain Dew Energy Soda.  Has ginseng, taurine and that crap.

Basically, it was Dew in an 8oz bottle with a larger price.
