I already have a cab with a quad 4 cp standup, & i have been kicking around building a cocktail mame machine, what are your opinions of having a cocktail as well as a regular mame cab...what are its best uses...

Its best use is for drinking beverages.  ;) Plenty of time to enjoy your drink while the person across from you is playing.  Plus you are already sitting down and you've got plenty of space to set your drink!  ;D

What whammoed said  ;D ... and I like have verticals on the vertical and horizontals on the horizontal (3-sided cocktail) ... makes for a good gaming experience.
