smash em up that has a praying mantis character?

ok, ive gotten two guys interested in MAME at work. breathed frsh air into it for me too. now i have my pc here i can at least play some games with a gamepad. anyway, one of the guys described a game in the same ilk as street fighter, king of fighters etc. he remembered one of the characters being a praying mantis. when you pull some killer moves, the opponent loses limbs. the final blow involves decapitation. he was pretty sure it had five buttons as opposed to the usual six. oh, also the machine was removed from the local fish and chip shop after parents complained...

There is some kind of insect fighting game from japan, I forget what its called.  The fights are between different types of beetles and other bugs.  It looked pretty cool.

Yeah, there was from what I remember.  (here's a link to the game : http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?letter=T&game_id=10117)

I think the games 'claim to fame' was the decapitation/dismemberment mechanics - you could rip off/cut off peoples arms/legs and they couldn't use them anymore in combat. :)

had a look at it last night. what are you talking about! its cool to play on a game pad (",) and it looks so silly its fun. i played the rancis character. will try the paying mantis later...
