IPAC-2 question
« on: November 24, 2005, 10:41:06 am »
Hi,
Hope this isnt a stupid question...
I have recently acquired a cocktail cabinet running mame.
The cabinet has two controllers, one each end as standard.
As I would like to enjoy other games, such as Street Fighter etc, I want to add another set of player 1 & 2 controls along the front so that I can play horizontal games.  How would I wire in the new controls so that they operate as player 1 and 2 also, can I have more than 1 pair of controls going into my IPAC-2 or would I need to take another approach?
Hope this all makes sense!

You can have multiple controls hooked up to the same inputs on the Ipac.  So you would have two wires each hooked into the Player 1 & 2 joystick inputs on the Ipac.
