Let me know if you have any specific questions!

Thanks!

Can a Tron Trigger joy be hacked as USB ready? (like the Sidewinder hack).
Seriously. Will it fit in my basement or what?

I don't think so.
You need to wire up the control to an IPAC or Keywiz, just like you do for your other joysticks and buttons.

...I figured that......any chance you have an IPAQ lying around you would part with as part of a possible sale?

.....what condition is the tron joystick in?
Seriously. Will it fit in my basement or what?

I think I do have an old Ipac lying around... I'll check.

The joystick is in really good shape - only a few minor scratches. The sticker on the back is missing - I think you can buy replacements online.

I was out at the Superauctions here in Orange County on Saturday. A dead Tron cabinet with a near perfect control panel sold for $20. I would have bought it but I didn't have a truck.

Damn.

Depends on what you want it for.

If you want to put the joystick and spinner on your own control panel its in fantastic shape -- only a few small scratches on the joystick. The gasket and restrictor on the bottom look in great condition.

If you want to install the whole thing in a tron machine, you'll probably want to put on a new overlay -- the exisiting one is a little beat up around the edges.
