Get a PSP
Proper capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse, and helping your uncle jack off a horse.

Get a PSP

best advice ever!!  lol

But seriously, is the WRT54GS the speedbooster one?  I'm not sure what the Speedbooster actually uses, so it might be worth trying to set it up as a 802.11b router only, or 11g.  There is a setting in your router homepage to switched from a mixed mode to only b or g.   I know speedbooster isn't another protocol, but it may be interfering with something.

If your DS has an actual IP that you can see (I have zero clue on how NiWiFi works) you could also DMZ your DS and see if that helps.
first off your and idiot

Man I love the internet, haha.

I'm not familiar with your linksys, but I have the linksys wrt64g (I think), but either way, had NO issues connecting mine.  I've got the mac address filter turned on, you just have to figure out where thats at on your DS and go from there if you have that turned on.

my buddy has been having issues with his... he can see it connect etc and then it dosen't work?

either way, good luck.

make sure you have any 802.11b option enabled in the router, the ds only supports 802.11b not g so the router must also support b.
