  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
FS: Project games (Atlanta-GA)
« on: November 13, 2005, 09:35:10 pm »
I got an ultimatum from my wife that the garage must accomodate at least one car (hers) for the winter. I am getting rid of some projects that I know I will not have time to mess with. All are 100% complete (even backdoors).

Games are located in the northern suburbs of Atlanta , 40 minutes from downtown.

Here is the list:

- Galaxian (Midway) - solid cabinet but dirty and with scratches in the side art. When I plugged it in the screen displayed a series of zeroes.

- Carnival (Gremlin) - cosmetically the best one in the bunch. Woodgrain cabinet (like Frogger or Moon Cresta). The monitor is dead but the game plays blind. Very little wear in the cabinet and CP.

- Space Invaders #1 - cabinet art in great condition but with some damage to the bottom of the cabinet , specially noticeable in the white side portion. Bezel in excellent shape. When plugged in the monitor neck glows but there are no other signs of life.

- Space Invaders #2 - cabinet in good condition with no damage in the bottom. Strangely the red color in the cabinet art and the bezel is faded when compared to the other cabinet. Not sure what caused this, the other colors are intact. Also, when plugged in the monitor neck glows but there are no other signs of life.

- 3 boxes of untested extra Space Invaders parts. I have an extra monitor, PCB, harness, 2 control panels, 2 moons, 2 space backdrops and 2 power supplies.

I don't have any prices set yet so please feel free to make an offer. PM me for pictures.
