is there any software to overclock my pentium 3 800mhz pc as it cant be done in the bios, just thought i could get little extra out of it.....

There's clock jumpers on the board. Check the motherboard manual for what the settings are.

Video overclocking will yield significant results. Look to the manufacturer of your video card for overclocking software. As for the board - check the CMOS, chipset, and board manufacturer website.
