Reliability of a particulr resailer.

I placed an order on friday for some CDs to be sent to me.  I paid through paypal.  I tried to send him an e-mail today to confirm that he received my order, but was sent a bounceback message.  Did I just lose my money, or is this a trustworthy guy?  The particular resailer is Rom Burner.

*Shrug* this is probably not the best place to discuss this...

but first what's the full email address and or web address of the burner you used. (pm me if you want)

Was it a tombstone "sanctioned" burner (or rather was)? or one of those semi-seedy console burning chaps?

Also check your paypal account.. ... also note tombstones had to move to a new server and if the email ended in @tombstones.co.uk (or the like) your buddy's email account is probably hosed.  may I suggest (depending on the answers to the above)
posting to the alt.games.mame newsgroup  asking for however you sent the paypal to to respond (i.e. paging so and so subjecdt line)

There should be more info in your paypal transaction (possibly an alternate email address or alternate contact info ) or if it's been a LOONG time  and you have no recourse, you might be able to have paypal reverse the charges (use only as a last resort if you exhausted other  options)

*Shrug*
