Getting a six pack is incredibly easy.  The hard part is losing enough fat to get it to show through.  I see guys at the gym who probably have three times my ab muscles but it doesn't show cos they've got a much higher body fat ratio than me.

That describes me pretty well.  Very strong midsection, 38" waist.

Thanks Drew...

I started doing some of the simpler ones. Haven't got into the program yet due to the fact she's a little sore still. Can get around now, but not too quick! I'm at work now, but think I'll be heading home soon...

I went to my son's Fall Camping Weekend with the Cubs this weekend. Other than the fact I couldn't move too much, a good time was had by all.

The Canadian taxpayer refused the transplant! Imagine that!

Feeling a whole lot better, starting with those exercises you sent me.  :D

How do you spell ouch!

It shouldn't be hurting NEARLY as bad as when you started though, right?

I effed up a knee pretty badly, and some other leg/foot problems cause me to have to do these not as an "I want a six pack" thing, but a "If I DON'T do these, I'll end up in the hospital needing spinal surgery or discs fused or something".  It's been so long since those hurt, but the memory of how it felt when I first started doing 'em doesn't go away ;D
