Instruction Card Template for Fighting Games

Has anyone made a blank instruction card template for fighting games?

I know there are many game-specific instruction card images floating around, but they're of different shapes and I was thinking of doing the following:

Have several 3x5 index cards (printed and laminated) with each card having a separate fighter (so for Mortal Kombat, there'd be like 8 cards).
