Where did you all get you Cabinet plans?
I'm from Belgium and planning of building one for my ownb but can't find a cabinet plan of an "Ultimate Arcade 2"

The Ultimate Arcade II plans are included with Saint's 'Project Arcade' book. They are on the CD in the Chapter 2 folder.
Or, you can buy them directly from MameRoom.
