Does Happ sell a true 4 way stick?
« on: January 08, 2003, 04:07:51 pm »
I got some 8 way ultimates for xmas, 2 more then I need. I do need a 4 way though so I though I would just do an echange with them. I am using 2 supers for the 8 ways stick and would like to have one dedicated 4 way. is the 4 way ultimate a true 4 way or does it move in a circle? I have a wood control panel.

Try the Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga replacement.  It's basically a super with a ball-top stick, but the restrictor is a diamond shape, not round.  Also, the stick is shorter, so you may need to mount it from the top unless you have a metal panel.

Also check out the 4-8way switchable sticks from Ultimarc.  They have diamond restrictors, and you can always leave it switched to 4-way full time.
