One about Joysticks

I'm looking for a pair of joysticks for my cab. Which one do you recommend me? I like Ultimarc's T-Stick (in blue to fit my cabinet colors), is it good ? bad ? Ideas. Is there other web to find them ? Exactly the same joystick. I have noticed that in different websites the same joystick is named in different ways. In HappControls they have a lot, but instead of a photo they have an awfull drawing and I can't recognice the joysticks.
