What's this Cab please??

I was thinking of buying this cab to do a full restoration with new CP etc. I love all the Williams games (and pinball). This looks like a dedicated joust (before the street fighter pcb was added weird three buttons per player punch only no kicks lol)  but the sides look painted, a sticker applied and the artwork looks wrong  (conversion??) and if its converted from what ( moon patrol??) I have compared it to other williams Cabs and it looks like either a Joust or Moon Patrol. BTW its in Australia ..maybe it was converted here?? Can anyone help. here's the pics
