Whenever I change any buttons in the config and try to program, it just sits on "programming ipac...please wait.  Any idea how to fix this?

without "changing" any buttons does your IPAC operate normally?  I mean, is it recognized by your computer and do all the buttons etc register something when pressed with their default programming?

Also, for everyone else.  Please provide more info.

Your Operating System
Are you using USB or Ps2
if USB are you using a hub
Have you checked the IPACs LED tester?
And any other info you find to be relevant
