What games use a geared spinner ie Arkanoid style ?
« on: August 28, 2005, 10:51:07 pm »
I have a brand new "Arkanoid Returns" geared spinner from Taito which also has a 2-way joystick built into it. I do know that Arkanoid Returns is the only game that will utilize both the spinner and 2-way joystick as this control was designed specifically for Arkanoid Returns only. But, I can also use this geared spinner for all the other games in the Arkanoid series that use a standard geared spinner. Does anyone know of any other games that used a geared spinner other then the Arkanoid series ? I'm not talking about games that used pot based spinners/paddles either. Strictly games that use the geared spinners. For my 2nd cab I'm building swappable cps and I'm trying to decide if I should find a spot on my analog panel for a geared spinner.

I would guess every single Arkanoid/breakout clone ever made.
