Cooling fan recommendation
« on: January 05, 2003, 09:29:34 pm »
Well the cooling fan I bought from Happs 2 years ago just fell from the top of the cab.  Plastic fan spun right off the spindle.  Any recommendations on a replacement?

Is it 110 or 12v? For 12v you can use a inexpensive  case fan.
My statements are my own opinions. They have the value that the reader gives them. My opinion of my opinion varies between foolish and brilliant and these opinions often change with new information.

Radio Shack carries AC cooling fans.

3" fan, part # 273-242
4" fan, part # 273-241

If you have trouble finding a suitable AC fan, try a DC one.  They tend to be quite a bit quieter than AC ones, and cause less noise interference with other components.
