Hot Rods are $99 NEW.

Im not quite sure if they hook up to anything but PC's like Xarcade though.

Shipping to Canada on either of those is insanely expensive. HotRod quoted me at $100 US. lol.

Hotrods hook up only to PC via a PS/2 port.

The X-arcade can hook up to PC or consoles via adaptors.

Hotrod's use genuine Happ parts (Happ Supers) and the X-arcade uses non-Happ parts.
