Ok, now ive got you here

Can you have a mame cab with a PC, plus a jamma harness all in one. Either pc, or get a PCB game going, if so is there a link or something.

There is a device that allows you to plug in multiple jamma boards (Multi-Jamma?), with one of those jamma boards being a J-pac to hook up your mame PC.
