Showcase cabinet glass

Do showcase cabinets have curved glass in front of the monitor or am i being crazy. I have no local arcades to takea look at , so any help is appreciated. I will post pics soon of my progress im using Jakobud's dynamo plans. My cab will have a 33" wells gardner d9200 monitor when im done!!!

Dynamo showcase-33 cabs have curved monitor and marquee glass
WTB: The Grid by Midway (2001), looking for 2 or more complete games, and large marquee

The glass on a showcase is actually plexi bent around a curved wooden structure and then held into place by two metal guides running vertical.  The screws go through the metal and into the wooden frame work and leave the plexi in tact without an issue.  ;)
