Proper A-Pac Setup Help

I am setting up the A-Pac with three axis controls.  When I go to calibrate the controls, P1x and P1x do show movement in the calibration screen.  However P2x does not.  I would like to confirm the wiring of the pot.  Do I need a second .15uF cap on the other side of the board?  (See Pic Below)

Yes, you need the 2nd cap.
