Home Depot isn't answering their phone, nice. I'm sure they can cut the big rectanglar piece, yes. The rest you have to do on your own. Don't forget the joystick hole in addition to the buttons. And with the top plexi, there isn't any room for error. And when you're done, it still doesn't really look the same as the original CPO, cause it's inside a shiny, smooth, rectangular plexi covering. Though it may be slightly more durable.
I'm sure this IS the way to go for do-it-yourself artwork (one of the main points of the forum.) But in my case, trying to make my machine look like the original Pac, I think the repro CPO not only looks more authentic, but for $49 (thought it was $60!) it probably ends up being a better deal in terms of money+time.
Of course, I did want to add a trackball.

I suppose very careful work with an exacto-knife could cut out the appropriate section of CPO...
