Just got my Act-Labs gun....

and the accuracy isn't what I expected.  Is there a trick to calibrating it?  I'v tried Police Trainer, Vs Duck Hunt, and Area 51, and I'm not very happy with the results of any of them.  Also, I found it hard to reload in Area 51, is there any way to map a button on the control panel to handle reloading?

The accuracy of the gun (IMHO) leaves a little to be desired.  Games are playable, but you aren't likely to break any personal records for high score.

It will help to recalibrate every time you switch games because the gun has to be calibrated every time the screen resolution changes.  I also read on this board that it helps if you make sure the game's resolution covers the entire computer screen before you recalibrate, and make sure it is centered on the screen, too.

Area51 appears to be set up for people playing with a mouse, as the mouse has to be moved to the edge of the screen in order to get the gun to reload.  So you have to shoot the very edge of the screen to reload.  If there's a way around this, I'm not aware of it.  :-\

 For the accuracy:

Make sure that when your in game... your monitor is perfectly centered and extends to the very edge of all sides.  (use the monitors controls)

Make sure this is true for all resolutions... as each res. will need to be adjusted individually.  Your monitor will remember your settings.  So, dont fear about messing up your desktop - as your adjustments will be sepearate on each res... rahter than universal for all resoultions.
