4 player warlords cocktail woes

Ive just got a busted up warlords cocktail that somebody destroyed when they jumped up and down on coin drawer. There is some water damage but the game plays. one side was held on by two staples. Long story short. I carefully removed the side and the bottom. The 1/2 plywood bottom was destroyed by the break-in. Should I make exact duplicates of all the wood parts and reassemble it in the exact way? the wood formica on the side ends is still intact and because of water damage I can definitely remove both pieces and laminate it on to new end pieces. There is no way of making the cabinet original, the best I could hope for is a replica. Any suggestions?

Another option I have is to give the internals PCB, power supply... to my uncle who has a broken warlords cocktail and use the exterior parts to build a high quality cabinet grade Mame cabinet, I can definitely get the wood grain laminate off.

This probably belongs in arcade misc. But, being lazy and the fact I am on break and don't want to spend the time dealing with both I will just link for now.
