Some searching around seems to indicate that these are 20-watt RMS speakers, probably 5W per channel for the sattelites plus 10W for the sub.  More than enough for a MAME cab, a bit underpowered for a jukebox.

wow thats not many watts, so are they even worth $12? there better than average computer speakers, right? the ones that come free with most computers., so if i were to listen to music with these speakers it would sound crapy?

For cheap computer speakers, 20W is a lot of power; most speakers in that range are 10-15 watts or even less.

The cheap speakers in my cab were $20.00 any they're 4 watts per channel with a 6 watt subwoofer. (I selected them because the subwoofer would fit under the coin box.)

but you said you used car speakers with the sub woofer?, sorry im not sure but how do you hook up car speakers to a sub woofer? is it like regular speakers, do they use speaker wire?
Yes, as long as the impedance values match.  The sattelites on my speakers were 4 ohm, same as the car speakers that came with my otherwise gutted cab.  I just desoldered the wires from the satellites where they connected to the amplifier board (which was inside one of the speaker shells) and soldered in the longer speaker wires from the car speakers just below the marquee.
