I don't want to buy a restrictor plate, but I'd love to borrow one for about 15 minutes so I can start duplicating them.

If anyone would loan me one for a day or two, I have connections....

i'm sorry, I got a little excited about the possibility of restrictor plates being available  as they are rather difficult to come by these days.  It would be be great though if Kelsey was interested in producing them again.  He has done a ton for the hobby and I will think things through a little more before I post in the future. Again, my apologies...
