Long Slikstik delivery times

Has anyone from the UK ordered from Slikstik.

I ordered my P360 nearly  5 weeks ago(costs $18 to ship 1 joystick) and after numerous emails they said they posted it on the 10th of last month but are unable to give me a tracking number.I'm getting quite worried now.Has anyone else had really long waiting times for thier stuff.

I've seen a few posts here about their long shipping times, but that was usally for one of their control panels, not just a joystick.

To answer your question though, yes.  I do seem to remember people saying it took a month or more to get their orders.... and I believe that was for US deliveries.

To be fair... they do say it may take a while... but that is for their control panels which are built to order.

From their FAQ:

How long does it take to get a SlikStik product delivered?
SlikStik control panels are assembled to order. We stock all the parts needed as well as having blank units on hand at all times. Many customers want to choose button and joystick colors to suit their preferences and therefore assembly is done when an order is placed. Shipping times vary from 3 - 5 weeks from date of order on control panels and arcade cabinets. Spinners, Stainless steel joystick handles and spinner tops usually ship in 2 - 4 days.


If you only ordered a joystick, I'm not sure what the delay has been.  Like my original post said, I remember people saying it took a while, but that was for a full control panel, not just some parts.  If they are still in contact with you, that has to be a good sign... maybe they are just backordered??

well I certainly think thats a long enough time to cause some worry.  Hopefully it'll get resolved soon... even if you are in the UK, it shouldn't have taken that long IMHO.

I've ordered parts from SlikStik a couple of times, and each time the order was shipped the same day. Of course, that was for delivery to a US address, but still...

     Still waiting!!!!!!Been over 2 months now and they've stopped answering my emails.Losing my patience slowly.I suppose this is what happens when a company sells products that no one else does.

    Christian if you read this thread can you tell me whats going on please!!!!

  Your order was shipped weeks ago. At this point I would make the assumption to say that USPS has mishandled the package and lost it.

Let me just give a quick explanation on international orders. If an international customer purchases something directly off of the website without first submitting their address for additional shipping costs, their order is put on hold and an email is sent out with the balance due for the additional international shipping costs.

All international shipping quotes are from USPS, which if shipped by our daily UPS service would be triple the price.

Once that customer pays the shipping we then ship the product via USPS first class.

At that point USPS does not offer tracking services on overseas shipments which we don
