Find all related ROM files?

I have just about got AdvanceCD up and running now, I just need to add my own ROMs and the associated files to the directories.

Is there an easy/quick way to find all of the associated files that go with the ROM in my MAME directory.

For example if I want to find the PUCMAN ROM and its associated files (sample/snap/title etc) is there a program/method that will allow me to locate all of the files at once. At present I am having to use the search facility in windows which takes forever to find the files in the 60GB or so MAME folder.

Any ideas would be great.
