Sound in AdvanceMame quite often goes warbly

anyone else had this problem? in advancemame quite often the sound goes warbly. gameplay is fine - just the sound

What do you mean "warbly" ? Sometimes in AdvMame, the sound levels will change, but only if you have "Normalize" turned on. Try checking your .rc file under the audio options and setting the normalize to "NO".

That might fix your problem.

it sort of goes out of tune slightly
