Anyone have AdvanceMenu running on an Arcade Monitor?

I've got AdvanceMame running fine on my arcade cabinet although it's obviously only 1 game at a time from the command prompt.

Has anyone got AdvanceMenu running on an arcade monitor? could you share the config details with me?
