You asked exactly this question in this thread:

http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,39105.0.html

You shouldn't start more than one thread on a topic, because it makes it very difficult for people to follow, creates a lot of duplicate information, and makes searching less useful.

Also, your question was answered in the other thread, so I'm not sure why you're asking again.

all of your questions are answered in the FAQs.  and a lot is just common sense.

Get screws long enough to go through your board and whatever ledgers/framing you might have.  It doesnt make it any stronger if your screws stick out 5" inside the cab.  Wood screws or drywall screws work well.

Glue every piece if you can (and don't plan on disassembling the cab).  The glue is what holds wood together, not the screws.
first off your and idiot

Man I love the internet, haha.

For the most supportive cabinet and done completely without screws, dado cut (router channels on the sides and make tongues on the cross pieces) and then use a polyurathane based glue like Gorrilla glue. Also if you offset the cuts (e.g. make 1/2" channels but use 3/4" cross pieces, you end up hiding any waves in your router lines.

This is how many original cabinets were made and now the glue is even better and will hold very strongly.

You will require 4" fine-thread drywall screws, and liquid nails in the caulking tube.  You will require a Ryobi cordless caulking gun to apply this, so head to your local store and make sure to apply for their credit card in order to get 10% off your purchase.

Next, purchase a tape measure.  Make sure it's blank, or at least has one side of the tape that's blank.  Use that side.  If possible, purchase some paint remover to remove all the numbers on the other side.  Remember, measure once, cut three times.

Finally, buy three rolls of industrial velcro.  Don't let anyone in on this, because they'll just look at you funnier than usual.  Strip down to your underwear.  Affix the velcro to every bare part of your body, and the other side of the velcro to the top of the car.  Lay down on top of it, and the next time you're headed to the hardware store, make sure to take your place atop the car.  When you come to stop lights, tell the people in the car next to you that you are "SuperArcadeBuilderGuy" and "follow me to old skool goodness, chums"

Barring all that, you could just ignore my advice and any information already posted here......wait....... ::)

Challenge them to a game of Boonga Boonga.  If they accept, YOU are not, and cannot ever again call yourself "SuperArcadeBuilderGuy.....unless you're better at Boonga Boonga and KNOW you can beat him.  You deserve more than that title....something in a white jacket....the new style where the arms cross in the front and buckles in the back. ;D
