Wanted, 1 black iL pushbutton
« on: June 27, 2005, 10:54:44 pm »
I need 1 more button than I had originally had planned for.
The ones I bought that this is going with were from ultimarc but I'm unsure if they'd be the same from elsewhere because I have a couple iL buttons that are a little different, so...

The differences between the buttons are that the one I want another of is shorter than the other.  The one I want has a  1 1/8" threaded section and the one I don't is 1 3/8".  The one I want has tabs that measure 1/4" in width vs. the ones I don't which has tabs of 3/16".  Also the one I want should also have a blue actuater on it's CHERRY microswitch.

One might say "OMG this guy is friggin picky!"  Well, I am.  I don't want one of my buttons sticking out further on the backside of my panel nor do I want the 1 button sounding even the slightest bit different from the rest.

So to rap things up.  If you can help me with this, great feel free to post here or PM me, whatever.  If you can't and you just want to point out how picky I am even though I've already explained it, don't waste the energy of typing that, I've been told before!  ;)
If there's bees in the trap I'm catching em
By the thorax and abdomen
And sanding the stingers down to a rough quill
Then I dip em in ink, and I scribble a bit
But if it they wriggle then I tickle em until they hold still
Lemme say it again
In my land of pretend
I use bees as a mf'n pen
