WTB: Cocktail Style Cabinet (for MAME)
« on: June 23, 2005, 05:47:07 pm »
Anyone have an old cocktail cabinet in the South Carolina area (Hilton Head Island to be exact) southern South Carolina. Thanks!
I want some jamatizable cabinets in the southeast.
                               C'mon people.

Have you tried ebay yet?

Do you have a particular style of cocktail in mind? There were a few, and all of them are pretty different. My personal favorites are the Midways like Ms Pac Man and Galaga.

How much are you looking to spend? Check out:

http://www.arcadedepot.com

They sell kits for building replica Midway cocktail cabinets. Don't look at the fully-built machines. Look for the kits. They're hardwood so they're probably even sturdier than the originals. It takes most of the hard parts out of building one. Depending on the options you choose and how much you do yourself, you can get one at a VERY competitive price. Plus they're BRAND NEW! (Can you tell I like them?)

The other good part about buying a kit is that shipping is less.
