I'm putting them on my vertical machines.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but don't most VPin tables have a horizontal layout?

I'm planning on putting buttons on my cabinet, because I like playing pinball.

well if you look at my cab, i had an angled cp.  so if you have a 4 player cp its easier to make pinball flippers.  what i mean by that is my cp's 3rd and 4th players are at an angle, so i just put the coin buttons on the outside of the base of the cp...and i mapped those as flippers.  3rd and 4th coin buttons are flippers, 2nd player coin button is the plunger button...works great!

I'll chime in....

I love playing vpin on my cab. I've got a 27" screen and couple of flipper buttons on the outside edge of my 2 player CP. I just use a button on the CP top for plunger.

Vpin is horizontal, but if you run actual video-pinball games in MAME they are vertical. (I'm talking like Super Pinball, Pinball Action, etc)
NO MORE!!

Pinball Action is the reason there are flipper buttons on my *ame cab.
