Help, where can I find an auto-switching Powerstrip?

I know Craftsman makes one but its more of a "wall brick"...I'm looking for something thats more like a power-strip.....anyone have any ideas?

BE CAREFUL with the model you select.  I formerly had a Dell so i needed a different version than the athlon-based system I now have.  Thus, the shutdown doesnt operate properly on the smartstrip :(
